We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and preserving farming and ranching in the Santa Clara Valley.

We believe that farming brings economic and environmental benefits to all residents of the Santa Clara Valley.

Farmers and ranchers in Santa Clara County grow 100 different crops and contribute $250 million to the local economy each year.

Some farmers sell their products locally and have developed niche markets, such as chocolate-covered fruit or nursery products. Others ship their products or meat to the East Coast, Japan, Mexico and all points in between. Our local products are key ingredients in such well-known products as Pace Picante Sauce, Five Brothers Pasta Sauce, Safeway soups and more.

The Santa Clara County Farm Bureau's key programs are political involvement, education and member development. One of our largest programs, the Ag Water Quality Program, was recently given the highest environmental award in the state, the Governor's Environmental Leadership Award.
