Rural Crime

Santa Clara County growers are lucky to have a sheriff's department that cares about our members. We have a rural sheriff devoted to agricultural concerns.

We also have a very active Owner Applied Number program, which helps growers to gain an identification number that can be put onto all equipment and vehicles. This makes it easier for law enforcement to help recover stolen equipment and return it to its rightful owner.
